How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and zone. You will receive updates by email as your order progresses.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and open Orders to view status and details. If you checked out recently, use the temporary password emailed to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled instantly. For paid orders, submit a cancellation request and our team will review it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paystack online payments, cash on delivery (where available), and bank transfer.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed for approved cancellations and eligible returns according to our refund policy page.
